Yeah, I'm the one that gave it to her, but it isn't limited to just Nookington's, there is Nook n' go, Nookway, Able sisters, etc. Which one would you like?
i have a question, if you have 2 same stores, do they carry different items and function all normally? i kinda want gracie's car on my backyard.....LOL
but i heard so many bad stories about "seeds" i am kinda scared.... does it really make the game all that unstable?

Store seeds of any sort, are just duplicates of your original store. They sell the same items, and if you buy an item from one, it's sold out at another. Any other building seed (museum, gate, house) transports you to the original building. Seeds are fine in small quantities, I reccomend 2-3 max. unless you have your game saved to a file using AR DUO/MAX, then you can go crazy. Seeds like Gulliver's UFO, Bulliten Boards, Gracie's Car, money trees, and other non-building seeds are harmless and you can have as many of them as you want. Just be careful not to place them on the same spot as other items.
